Individual sessions providing personalised, trauma‑aware support.

Sessions may focus on:

​

  • Burnout recovery and stress regulation

  • Emotional processing and integration

  • Boundary repair and capacity building

  • Identity, purpose, and work‑life recalibration

​

Modalities may include counselling, CBT, narrative therapy, NLP‑informed and timeline‑based techniques, and guided therapeutic work — always applied gently and ethically.

Reset & Restore - 6 - Week Group Program

A trauma‑informed burnout recovery program

 

A small, online group program designed for adults experiencing burnout and chronic stress.

 

This program focuses on:

 

Understanding burnout through a trauma‑informed lens

Nervous‑system education and regulation tools

Energy repair and sustainable boundaries

Reconnecting with clarity, agency, and self‑trust

 

This group is not trauma‑processing. Personal trauma histories are acknowledged, not explored in depth, ensuring safety for all participants.

 

6 weeks | Small group | Online

This practice is:

  • Trauma‑informed, not rushed

  • Grounded, not performative

  • Supportive, not prescriptive

 

This practice is not:

  • Crisis care

  • Rapid trauma exposure or intensive processing

  • A push‑through or hustle‑based model
